First Night Session of 2015
Bienvenid@s a la primera publicación del año: Una sesión nocturna a unos pocos kilómetros de casa, que tuvo lugar el día 2 de Enero.
Quedamos mi compi, Eva en Pruebas y yo justamente antes del anochecer y estuvimos allí hasta las 20:30h mas o menos. (Hacía un poco de frío…)
Aquí os dejo los resultados:
Welcome to the first post of 2015: A night session not too far from home which took place on January 2nd.
I met up with fellow photographer and friend, Eva en Pruebas, just before sun down and we were all finished by 8.30pm. (It was a little cold…)
Here are the results:
Equipo: 1x Nikon D300, 1x Flash SB800 montado por separado, 2x disparadores inalámbricos, 1x tripode, 1x pequeña linterna halógena y 1x linterna halógena/LED de 180 lúmenes.
Equipment: 1x Nikon D300, 1x Flash SB800 set up remotely, 2x wireless trigger/flash releases, 1x tripod, 1x small halogen torch and 1x 180 lm halogen/LED spotlight.

12 x 2014 Terminado/Finished
Uno de mis propósitos del año 2014 ha sido el reto de elegir mi mejor foto de cada mes y subirlas por aquí, con el fin de tener 12 fotos bonitas al terminar el año…
Y, ¡ lo he conseguido !
No sabía si iba a poder hacerlo, entre el trabajo diario, obligaciones externas y los cambios y las vueltas que nos suele dar la vida, pero aquí están mis 12 fotos.
¿ Y ahora qué ? Pues nada, a descansar un ratito para recoger fuerzas…¡¡ Que mañana empieza todo de nuevo !!
Feliz año nuevo a todos y que el 2015 sea el principio del camino hacia una vida extraordinaria :-)
One of my resolutions for this year was the challenge of choosing my best image from each month. That way I’d have 12 great photos at the end of the year.
But in between work, external obligations and the twists and turns life sends your way, I wasn’t sure if I was going to make it – Yet I did and here are my 12 imagines.
So, now what? Well, I guess I better rest up because tomorrow I start all over again!!
I hope everyone has a fantastic New Year and that 2015 is the beginning of an extraordinary chapter for you all :-)

Autumn Magic…
Y terminamos el tema de otoño con esta imagen.
Se trata de un autorretrato hecho en un pueblo medieval abandonado desde el siglo 14. (¡Y que frío hacía!) Quería demostrar el paso del tiempo, el cambio de verano a otoño donde supuestamente se mueren las hojas en preparación para el invierno…Pero a pesar de ello otoño tiene su propia magia…
And here’s the last image in the autumn series.
It’s a self portrait taken in the ruins of a medieval village abandoned in the 14th century. (Blimey, it was cold!) I wanted to show the passage of time and how summer gives over to autumn, a time where the leaves begin to die in order to make way for winter…And that it is still magical all the same…
